LOVE LOSS LIFE POEM

The poems within the pages of this book are reflections of what was happening in my heart during lockdown, I learnt so many lessons about life, loss and love and desperately needed a place to place what I was learning, so I started writing. Releasing a book of poetry was never my intention, I just wanted to release pent up pain. This book is simply the outpouring of what would usually be silenced and suppressed, thankfully I found a way to exhale and express. (The author - Karen Allen)
